How to care for the filter?

Strainer

1. The filter element is composed of filter frame and stainless steel wire mesh. Stainless steel wire mesh is a vulnerable part and needs special protection;
2. Impurities will be deposited in the filter element, and it is necessary to remove the impurities in the filter element in time.
3. When cleaning impurities, please ensure that the stainless steel wire mesh on the filter element is not deformed or damaged. Otherwise, if the filter is installed again, the purity of the filter medium will not meet the design requirements, and it will affect the compressor, pump, instrument and other equipment. This will be very troublesome.
4. If the stainless steel wire mesh is deformed or damaged, it needs to be replaced immediately.

Precision filter

1. The filter element is the core part. But the filter element is made of special material, which is easy to be damaged, we need special protection;
2. After the precision filter works for a period of time, the filter element will contain a certain amount of impurities. At this point, the pressure drop will increase and the flow will decrease. The impurities in the filter must be removed in time and the filter element cleaned;
3. When removing impurities, please pay special attention to the precision filter element, which must not be deformed or damaged. Same as the coarse filter method.
4. Some precision filter elements cannot be reused, such as bag filter elements, polypropylene filter elements, etc.;
5. Immediately replace the deformed or damaged filter element.
